Google and YouTube have an online tool that enables you to log the search for information on a topic in a short video format. The tool is easy to use and you can edit your video clip before posting. You retain control over comments, etc. I like this idea - how about having students create one that shows how they search for information on a given topic? Here's an example about searching for information to create a report on the Battle of Gettysburg:
